Neil Sloane MD
Medical Director
Dr. Sloane earned his Doctor of Medicine Degree in 1980 from C.U.E.X. in Ensenda, Mexico. In 1987, he completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia. Dr. Sloane joined Delaware Valley Community Health, Inc. in 2007 and currently practices at Parkview Ob/Gyn Services which is located in Parkview Health Center. Dr. Sloane is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and is fluent in Spanish.
Tameka Lafayette MD
Physician
Dr. Lafayette earned her Doctor of Medicine Degree from SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York in 2003. She completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency in 2007 at Drexel University/Hahnemann University in Philadelphia. Shortly after completing her residency in 2007, Dr. Lafayette joined Delaware Valley Community Health, Inc. and currently practices obstetrics and gynecology at Maria de los Santos and Parkview Health Centers. Dr. Lafayette can speak conversational Spanish.
Sequndo Rodriquez DPM
Physician
Dr. Rodriquez earned his Doctor of Podiatric Degree in 1993 from the Philadelphia College of Podiatric Medicine. Post-graduation he completed a residency in podiatry at Saint Barnabas Hospital in Bronx, New York. Dr. Rodriquez joined Delaware Valley Community Health, Inc. in 2008 and currently practices at Parkview Health Center. He is fluent in Spanish.
Henry Su DO
Physician
Dr. Su earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree in 1996 from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Missouri. In 2001, he completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Su joined Delaware Valley Community Health, Inc. in 2007 and currently practices at Parkview Health Center. He is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology.
Anje Van Berckelaer
Physician
Van Berckelaer is a received her MD form Harvard Medical School. She also has her masters in health policy research. Van Berckelaer joined DVCH in the summer of 2011.
Lauren Belcher PA-C
Physician Assistant
Lauren graduated from Philadelphia University in 2006 with a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. In 2006, she joined Delaware Valley Community Health, Inc. and is currently a physician assistant at the Parkview Health Center.
