Annette O’Neil MD
Medical Director

		Dr. O'Neil earned her Doctor of Medicine Degree in 1986 from Hahnemann University Medical School in Philadelphia. In 1989, she completed her internal medicine residency at Lankenau Hospital. Dr. O'Neil joined Delaware Valley Community Health, Inc. in 1994 and currently practices at Norristown Regional Health Center.

Madeline Moriarty MD
Physician

		Dr. Moriarty earned her Doctor of Medicine Degree from Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, Illinois where she completed her residency in internal medicine/pediatrics in 1996. Dr. Moriarty joined Delaware Valley Community Health, Inc. in 2006 and currently practices at Norristown Regional Health Center.

Nicole Witherspoon DO
Physician

		Dr. Witherspoon earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine in 1997 from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed a residency in family practice in 2000 at St. Jospeh's Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Shortly after completing her residency, she joined Delaware Valley Community Health, Inc. and currently practices at Norristown Regional Health Center. Dr. Witherspoon is board certified in family practice.

Cecilia Ahanonu PA-C
Physician Assistant

		Cecilia recently joined Delaware Valley Community Health, Inc. in 2010. She is a 2008 graduate of the University of Utah, where she recieved a degree in Physician Assistant Studies and quickly became board certified in Physician Assistant Studies post-graduation. Cecilia is currently a physician assistant at the Norristown Regional Health Center.

Milagros Manzano PA-C
Physician Assistant

		Milagros earned her Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Hahnemann University, Philadelphia, in 1999. Shortly after graduation, Milagros joined Delaware Valley Community Health, Inc, and is currently a physician assistant at the Norristown Regional Health Center.

Daniel McCarty-Prefontaine PA-C
Physician Assistant

		Daniel earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Hahnemann University in Philadelphia, in 1993. Daniel joined Delaware Valley Community Health, Inc. in 1995 and is currently a physician assistant at both the Fairmount Primary Care and Norristown Regional Health Centers. He also serves as the HIV Coordinator.

Dentist

		Casimir attended Temple University School of Dentistry and joined DVCH in 2008.

Elamin Elarbi DMD
Dentist

		In 1984, Dr. Elarbi graduated from the University of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, with a Master of Dental Science degree. In 1990 he earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia. Dr. Elarbi joined Delaware Valley Community Health, Inc. in 1991 and currently practices dentistry at the Fairmount Primary Care Center, Maria de los Santos Health Center and the Norristown Regional Health Center locations.

Michelle Hudson DDS
Dentist

		Dr. Hudson earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery from Howard University College of Dentistry in Washington, DC in 1983. She completed her general practice residency in 1991 at the District of Columbia General Hospital. Dr, Hudson joined Delaware Valley Community Health, Inc, in 2006 and currengtly practices at the Maria de los Santos and Norristown Regional Health Centers.

Joan Miller
Dental Hygienist

		Miller received her degree in dental hygiene from Miami Dade Community College and recently joined DVCH in 2010.
